We strongly advise that you take out insurance for your pet and are happy to complete insurance forms free of charge.

Payment

Payment for all visits and treatment is expected at the time of consultation and we accept cash, cheques and cards.

*Refunds will only be given against faulty products within 30 days of purchase and in original packaging.
